Any compelling whey deals online right now?
I’ve been scouring MyProtein, Canadian protein, bulk protein Canada. Can’t find anything, they all have near identical pricing on bulk isolate.

Vitaplus is doing a 25% off ending tonight. I think they have these sales every now and then. Never tried it, but see an earlier post about someone buying from them and it's ok. Going to buy a couple pounds of different flavours to try it out.
The discount only applies after adding to cart it looks like.

Going to try various flavours of their whey isolate. Getting 6x1lb pound to get an idea if they are good so I can get more if they have a Canada day sale or something.
Edit: Seems like they have free shipping after $100. Will get maybe 1lb of concentrate to compare

Canada protein has bogo 50%. Not the best deal but some may prefer them over other brands and it’s better than no deal.

I'll be on the lookout for their next 25% off sale. I still had too much protein to justify buying more but I sure want to try their flavours.

I wonder if Canada Protein will do a Canada Day promotion. Anyone know if they’ve done so in past years?

Optimum nutrition is usually my preferred brand. Would this Popeyes sale be my best bet at getting the most savings?

Got my shipment of vitaplus today. I recommend opening the box to check right away. I was missing 2 items. Luckily called them and they gave me a refund on those right away.
Tried the clear iso grape flavour. Taste like those fake fruity Popsicles. It's alright. Never really tried fruity flavours before.
If regular flavours like chocolate are good I'll consider getting more from them. Price isn't bad.

Heads up
Got this from Vita Pur
https://vita-plus.ca/collections/cleara ... fore-05-25
Was supposed to be best before of June 2025 - was actually June 2026.
$55 for 5lbs of Isolate is a very solid deal. Obviously can't guarantee the dates will be the same.

How well does it mix and is the flavour really sweet?

Got 6 double chocolate, expiration date 04/26. Got 4 protein bars and shaker as bonus.
Getting another 4 vanilla.
Great deal on isolate.
30.4g per dollar after everything and no filler.
Canada Protein would need 20-25% sale off current "sale" price of bulk to beat.

Got the vanilla.
Mixed fine for me, but I do mix in a blender. Much less sweet than other brands.

Skeptical with a brand I've never heard of and can't really find anything else about it online but seems like the best deal for isolate right now.
Was going to wait for Canada Day and see if Canadian Protein would have a good deal but decided to buy anyways - In for 3 (2 chocolate, 1 vanilla).
26g of protein / scoop (31g) is pretty good. Not much filler in it.
Doesn't beat that Leanfit Sports Isolate deal from Costco last year though and regret not stocking up more on it.
For those looking for plant based options, Costco has the Vega Organic at $42 at 2kg, 21 g of protein / scoop (38g) which isn't great protein value but for the overall price, it's not bad.

4 vanilla delivered in under a day. Expiration date is April or May 2026.
Came with a few flavour samples and a 15g protein cookie that was ... adequate.
Tried isolate sampler, cookie and strawberry. Mixes well. Can confirm not very sweet at all. Which after drinking year of peanutbutter flavor is kind of blessing. It's chugging flavored water, not delicious, but don't see myself getting sick of it.
Cons: mild flavour + less filler = pretty mid for ninja creami. This is more of Canadian Protein Whey Concenrate "con" actually being inadvertant pro - flavour is stronger and the filler includes xanthan gum which stabilizes and thickens ice cream. Usually pain in the ass to have to mix yourself, but comes premixed on cheap protein blend as filler.
10 bags + samples @ $622 = 365 days with 62g/2servings per day, $1.7 per day.
I think you can probably get Concentrate/Blend on sale for same value (~30g/$) but over a year you're dealign with 6 extra lbs in filler calories.
